Since 2010 has just started, it doesn’t hurt to look a bit into the future – a bright one when it comes to kitchen designs! That you will see in the following images, via a kitchen design idea by Italian manufacturer Toncelli who decided to offer us a glimpse into the future… the kitchen of the future!

Apparently, stone will be the material of the future (we already saw that in the previous post about the stone kitchen), and there are other goodies hidden within this kitchen: automatic positioning of the hood, LED backlights for creating a perfect mood for cooking (and, why not, eating?) and overall an elegant, futuristic design, that will make you believe that you’re actually in a spaceship’s kitchen.
