2. Air-fried foods are typically not as crispy or crunchy compared to deep-fried food which, no matter what some people will tell you. But it’s healthier and it still doesn’t taste that bad.
3. Air fryers can be expensive and they may cost more than regular deep fryers. So air frying may only be worth it if air frying perfectly cooked food with less oil is truly what you’re after.
4. Air frying is slower than traditional deep frying, even though you’re cooking smaller quantities of food.
5. Some foods taste better than others, so you have to try and find what works for you. For example, some foods will come out drier than when deep frying (which makes sense, since the entire cooking process is different).
